1. Return Eligibility

Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Extended Return Window: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used hair products unless they are defective.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
- Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.

Returns must be initiated through our website or by contacting us directly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
If your order was placed using a discount code, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.
