- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (Republic of Ireland)

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Republic of Ireland)

International Shipping: 5–10 business days (EU & selected countries)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

- Standard Shipping (Ireland): €4.95 flat rate

- Express Shipping (Ireland): €7.95 flat rate

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over €50 (Ireland only)

- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

4. Customs & Duties

- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer.

- H91 Hair Products Limited is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Local Delivery & Pickup

- We currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup at “The Ruck Barber” store locations

- All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

6. Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

- Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
